I want to reapply for chinese visa for travel what are the requirements again?

Its my second time to apply for chinese visa. Do i still need bank statement again and BIR papers? Im bringing again with my 9 yr old daughter. Want to know the complete requirement again. Lastly, can I apply now and travel march next year? Thank you very much.
