About:Chinese Embassy in Kenya

advice on the 1 year visa

Hi,im a kenyan in china,i have been here for almost 6 months and renewing it for 3 months everytime is hectica because i have to travel to Hongkong..can i apply for one year while in china?and will they give me?or should i go back and apply from there?am i guaranteed that they will give me?
i will realy appreciate your answer thanks

As I know, you must be granted at least two Chinese F visa in past year so that you are eligible to apply for a multiple entry valid for one year. You need to apply in Kenya anyway. HK way is not applicable unless you pay extra money through a visa agency. They may triple the fee for this service.

thanks nikita,but let me ask.the 1st visa was L visa and the 2nd is F visa can i still get the 1 year?

Just try dont be too sure coz they might give you F visa for one month where by you would have wasted alot,but still you can be going to Hongkhong or Macau and get 3months L visa after the 3months you exit and come back its only 2days going and coming back.renewing it in china is too expensive

Hi grace i really didnt consider that fact that i can go back to kenya only to be given a 1 month F visa..thanks...infact im planning to go to macau on sunday bcoz hongkong its not so good they can deny you entry like last time we were with my cousin and she was denied entry
