Weather forecast in Taiwan

Hi....I will go there on 27 Dec'12 till 3 Jan '13. How is a weather during that times & what type of the oufits i must prepare? Should i prepare an umbrella too? Thanks....

It is mild and dry during that time. The temperature is about 14~20C. It rains little during this period. Lightly clothes are OK, such as long-sleeved shirts, jackets and jeans. You'd better bring an umbrella just in case.
