What is the fastest way to process a Chinese travel visa for US citizen in Seoul?

I am a US citizen and will be visiting Seoul on business next week. I would like to visit China as a tourist immediately afterwards. However, due to hurricane Sandy, my application may not be processed before I leave. Can I get one for travel in China while staying in Seoul? If so, how fast could it be processed? If I submitted on a Wednesday, could I receive it back before the weekend?

Hi, you can not get a visa to China in Seoul because they only process application from foreign passport holders with ARC valid for at least 6 months.

As a US citizen, you can only apply for it at a regular basis, which means that it takes 4 or 5 working days, not Express Service. If you are in S.Korea, you could only obtain a single or double entry for China.
