About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

I have a minor non imprisonment conviction from 1995. Do I need to declare this for a tourist visa?

I have an old conviction from 1995, with maybe 100 or 200 hours (I forget exactly) community work

Hi, it is not necessary, you can just neglect this when fill out the application form. If you mention this, there is possibility that you will be denied visa to China.
