1. I would like directions, Cost, Time from the North Train Station to the "ibis The Centre"?

3. Directions, Cost, Time from the Imperial Palace to the Liaoning Radio & Tower?

Hi, it is only about 5km or a little farther from the train station to the hotel, so you can take a taxi there, spending about 10 min and about 12RMB.

But you can also take subway line 1 and get off at Zhongjie Station. Getting out of the MTR station from Exut C, you can walk about 500m to the palace. Well, do you mean SY People's Radio Station? If so, you can walk to Zhengyang Street,Zhongjie to catch bus no. 222 and get off at Sanhao Street, Huaqiang Square. Then you can reach your destination by walking about 300m. The whole journey takes about 30-40min and costs 2RMB.
