Hi, to the famous attraction, you can walk from your hotel to Shiyi Hospital bus stop to take bus tourist no. 8 and get off at Jingsi Station. After that, you can walk about 100m to the West Lake Scenic Area. As I know, the bridge is constructed from Zhapu, Jiaxing to Cixi, Ningbo, so you may fail to go to Shanghai via the bridge. The nearest bus terminal depends on where you are going.
