i on jun 23 1986 and he was on oct 23 1989.he has already 3 year old child before in his past

Probably. To be frank, it may be a little tricky for you to get along well with each other. It seems that both of you ar eimpulsive and trustless with each other so that it is easy to have arguments for the mutual shortcomings. Therefore, if you love him and realy want to be with him, I suggest you communicate more with him and cultivate the mutual trust.
Additionally, if you treat his baby well, he will love you more.
