At that time, the temperature is about 15C, but it will become cold when it rains. You can take jeans and thin coat and T-shirts. If you are afraid of the cold day, you may need to take the thin sweaters.
For food, the sea food and rice dumplings are very famous, it is suggested to have a taste there.
I do not think you need to avoid something. The food there is very delicious.
