Saturday Money Exchange?

I am arriving at Xiamen airport at 11am on a Saturday and going to near the university. For the best rate should I change my dollars at the airport or at the Bank of China on Siming South RD? What time does it close on Saturday?

You'd better change your dollars at the Bank of China. It usually closes at 16:00 on Saturday.
