Can i renew my Visa in Haikou?

i am having family L which is going to expire by 5th of Feb 2013. The Visa was issued in Shenzhen. we are planing to go to Haikou on mid of December 2012 and will back to shenzhen on end of March 2013 only.Therefore, i would like to know whether it can be renewed in Haikou or not. pls advise.. if yes then do i need to submit all fresh documents or it just can renew without submitting other supporting documents?
