About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

lost my bag in Baiyun airport

Dear Sir/Madam, flight

I Choudhary Bartaram travelled on 23 Oct 2012 from Guanzhou to Mumbai Via Singapore through china southern flight vide PNR no. MYF30G, Ticket number- 5892066419547C3, flight number CZ0353 and Luggage TAG No. 0784493562 and your staff also provided me the one reference number i.e. OHD CAN CZ33529. This flight was connecting flight to Jet Airways 9W 0011. Unfortunately I carried 2 pcs of mobile phone battery, 2 handsfree and 1 ipod because of which your security officer stopped the luggage for the security reason. I was on the 2nd boarding and getting late to complete the required formalities. Your staff advised me to carry on with my journey instead of staying there and claim for the bag via email after reaching the destination. Now I hereby permit you to check my luggage and deliver it to my destination point Mumbai Airport.
I also hereby declare that I have no objections if any such item which is not permissible for security reasons is taken out from my bag.
