About:Chinese Embassy in India

How can we get Attesstation in Chinese embassy on some documents to be submitted to chinese courts.

You need firstly get these documents translated into Chinese. Then, get it notarized by a local Notary Public Office in India and attested by the CPV Division of the Ministry of External Affairs of India. After that, you can attest them from CHinese embassy/consulate.

Actually the Hydel power Projects was suppliedand commisioined in India by the chinese supplier. Their partner is having some trouble in china between them.One of the partners who actually did all the work wants documents attessted by Chinese Embassy officials to authenticate the papers .so that he can submit those papaers in china court for proving his works in chinese courts..

kindly revert with your comments .Does he need to authenticate the papers he has sent to us for getteing attested by chinese embassy which he will produce in chinese courts.

So, you mean he is a Chinese and want to get documents authenticated by Chinese embassy in India?

Yes he is a chinese supplier of Equipments .He has supplied equipments for a hydel project in India.Before that he was a partner in some company in china.But before this order was placaed he had separated from his chinese partner.
That chinese partner has lodged a court case against him. so he wants to have proofs that he has single handedly handled this project .His partner has no sahre in this project.
