Hi Grace, there is no free shuttle bus running directly from HKIA to the hotel. What's more, the free shuttle bus is just a complementary services for airport express passengers. The best way for you is to take bus A21 from HKIA and get off at Kimberley Road, Nathan Road, then walk along the road for about 200m, you will see the hotel. It only costs HKD33.0
