About:Hangzhou Bus and Metro Search Tool

putong airport shanghai to hangzhou

where is the bus station ( inside shanghai putong airport or nearest one to it) where I can take a long distance bus from shanghai to Hangzhou East Bus Station that costs around 50 RMB? Are there many hotels/ inns within walking distance from the East Bus Station? Is it ok if I try to book a hotel only on arrival around mid Dec?

Hi, a long-distance bus station is located in the south end on the second floor of the airport terminal's bus parking lot. You can buy a ticket at Gate 6-7, 8-9, Arrival Hall, Terminal 1 (T1); exit of bus parking area, P1 (in the airport long-distance bus station). But as I know, the ticket fare is not CNY50, but CNY85-100.
The bus will not take you to the East Bus Station in HZ, but Wulinmen CAAC or Huanglong Tourist Hub. But the stops are both just 5-6 km from the bus station.
The hotels enarby are easily accessible, such as Aodu Hotel and Zhengrong Hotel. I do not think it is necessary to book one. Just to go there and check in, very convenient.
