About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

getting a work visa for China in HK.

Hi there, i'm HK borned Australian holding duel citizenship of both HK and Australian identity at the moment where I'm now living in HK. I m about to head to China for work soon and I just like to know if I can apply for my China working visa in HK's Australian Consulate?

You can apply for a work visa in HK, but you should submit your application to the Commissioner's Office of China Foreign Ministry, but not HK Australian Consulate.
