i need to arrange business visas for 2 of my work mates to shenzhen next month where do i

I haven't booked flights or hotels yet. They have to fly over to inspect some equipment we have bought before it ships to us. They are in the country just 2 days. Not sure where to start with the application?

First of all, you need an invitation letter from the said company in China. Then, apply for a business visa F. May I know where you are from and where going to submit your application?
