issue the visa in tihar holiday in nepal

Hello, I am Nepali citizen staying in china as student. But my student visa is going to be expired on 31st october 2012, and I am recruited as staff in my institute. Therefore I am returning back to Nepal on 27th october for z visa application.But  acoording to my institute, all the documents required for it issued will be sent to me on 12 or 13th November. It means Tiahr festival in Nepal. Therefore I would like to ask whether it can be issued during tihar or not as my return ticket to china is on 18th November 2012. Looking forwards for your reponse.

Hi, usually, it takes four working days to issue a visa. you'd better contact the embassy directly at 00977-1-4440286 for the this. There is no holiday notice released on their official website.
