Don't worry! You can surely get the pure vegetarian food or restaurant there. Here is my recommendation:
Shengjishu Vegetarian Restaurant at the 3rd Floor, Guangbaixinyi Building, No. 498, Baogang Road, Haizhu District;
Cisheng Vegetarain Restaurant at the 2nd Floor, No. 76, Jinghui Road, Yuexiu District.
