About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Rush Service for L-Visa (French)

My daughter is French (15 year old) and would need a L-Visa for China. We are not residing in Philippines, but will be visiting for tourism. Is it possible to get it in Rush service (2 days) ?

She can not get visa in Philippines if she is short time visitor there. If possible, she can try to apply in Hong Kong instead.
