You hostel is very close to Mong Kok Station of MTR, so you can go there to take the Tsuen Wan line to reach Admiralty. Then you can go to Admiralty West to take the Bus 629 to reach the ocean park directly.
For the back to peak, you can take the bus 629 to reach Central and then take Minibus No. 1
Central (Two IFC) to reach the Peak tram station. After you reach the top of the peak, you can see the Madam Taussads.
