Is there a bus that goes from Golden Lough to SIS Park in SIP, Suzhou?

Yes, bus no.518 or 178 can take you there. You need take them at Golden Lough bus stop and get off at City Hospital East Area (Shili Yiyuan Dongqu) stop. After that, you can walk several minutes to the park.
