Which city is best for wholesale costume jewelry bulk purchases?

I will miss the Canton affair but want to know if I can get major wholesale purchases of Shambala jewelry and Tee-shirts. If so, which city is the best for wholesale shopping? Thank you

Guangzhou is the best place for wholesale shopping.
For jewelry, Liwan Square is recommended for you. For the clothes, you can go to Beijing Road where you can find many clothes shops operating wholesale business.
