Chinese Family Etiquette?

How do Chinese family members act and relate towards one another? What are formal and informal terms of address? Who typically holds the authority within a family? How are divorced families seen in Chinese society? What duties and responsibilities are expected of the children and of the adults? What behaviours are typically praised or looked down upon?

For Chinese people, the family memers are much closer than the relatives. Generally, they treat each other very friendly and usually turn to their families for help upon the difficulties.
"address"? Do you mean the "speaking" or "family conference"? Well, if so, some families have, but some don't. If they have, usually the seniors will control the meeting and also they hpld the family authority. If there is no seniors, the father or the mother will be the authority.
Nowadays, the divorces families are treated equally as the normal ones. The adults have the obligation to bring up their children to 18 years ole or older. When their children get marries, they also have the duty or obligation to buy a house for them.
At the same time, the children have to take care of their parents.
Behavoirs which is looked doen upon in family is that a child gets rid of his or her parents. Or the parents leave their babies if the babies have some illness or disabilities.
