Can you help me find out what is going on with my package?

I purchased items on August 31, 2012 and it was shipped on September 3, 2102. It is coming from China to the US, but it hasn't left China yet. It has been well over a month already, and I still didn't get anything. Why is it taking so long? The tracking number is RA628891343CN. Please help! Thank you!

I just got the following information when track it through the net:
Sep 7, 2012, 10:09:00 AM;
Status:Departure from outward office of exchange;
Location:SHANGHAI.

Nope, it won't be lost. As you use the shipment, it could be a little slow than other posting approaches. So just be patient to wait.
