If you want to work in China, you need to find a job first, then apply for a Work Z visa with invitation letter and work permit issued by relevant department. If you resign your job in Singapore, you need to go back to Philippines for application. BTW, since you are not get married, you can not apply for spouse visa accompanying her Z visa in Dalian.

It is possible for you to get a tourist L visa, but most likely for 30 days. You can extend it twice in China before it expires. After that you need to apply for a new visa from HK or Macao. If you get married, you are able to get a spouse Z visa accompanying hers.

Once again, if you will resign your job in Singapore, you need to apply in Philippines for an L visa. Documents you can refer to https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa-application-philippines.htm. If you apply in Singapore, WP valid for more than 6 months is required.
