parcels stuck in hangzhou postal office! pls help

Thanks Frank, can you send an email to that postal office with the tracking numbers? I can't find any email adresses :( I found some with chinapost.cn|webmaster or something like that, but don't work ( quota full) :( I will really appreciate the help! Thank you very much!

The hotline is 11185. And if it is the express post, you should dial 11183.
