how do i buy a bus pass/card in hangzhou?

I would like to purchase a card/pass, but I'm not certain how or where to do this.  Can anyone please give me some information about it?

There are two large kinds of smart card in the city, the Xiling Card and the Transportation IC Card. The Xiling Card is a day card for tourists and the Transportation IC Card is for both the citizens and visitors. I suggest you buy a Transportation IC Card. Well, it includes D, T and Z Card, among which Z Card is the most suitable for visitors. Z card can be applied for at most bicycle service spots around West Lake as well as the Smart Card Center.When applying for a Z Card, show your valid identification at bicycle service spot or Smart Card center and fill in the IC Card Application. CNY300 must be stored on the card (CNY200 as credit caution money, CNY100 for consumption) when applying.
