Are there theme parks there? Is Chimelong far from Tianhe hotel? What other attractions are available in the city? Is the city better than Hangzhou?

Yes, you can find many themed park in GZ such as Crocodile Park. Chimelong is about 25 kilometers away from your hotel, but there is direct subway to reach. Your hotel is not very far from Tiyuxi Road Station of subway line 3, so you can go there to take the subway to reach Hanxichanglong Station, getting out from Exit E, you will find the free shuttle bus to reach the park. Besides, the Yuexiu Park, Shamian Island and Pearl River are very inteseting places to go. It is hard to tell you which city is much better, because the attractions in either of the city has different characteristics. If you want to enjoy the beautiful natural scenery, Hangzhou is much better.
