EMS PROBLEM to reach Italy

I'm terribly sorry, I have the same question again since nothing has modified.
I'm waiting for an item but it is still firm in Shanghai since 9 of october.
How can I contact EMS asking the reason why of this situation?????
Nobody tell me anythig, nobody reply me.
It is an express shipment and I payied for it!
Can you help me????

Well, dear, please do not worry. I have helped you to check your parcel and now your parcel has already in Milan today.
Last time, I sent a parcel for for may parents and they received it almost about half an month later.
