Need visa for French national working in Tokyo and visiting HongKong 3 days ?

Hi, I have French nationality.
I have been working in Tokyo, Japan for the past 15 years and I hold Japan permanent resident visa.
I will soon go from Tokyo to Hong Kong for a business conference during 3 days.
Do I need a visa to enter HongKong for a short-term stay?
Thank you -
