What time do buses go to Mogao cave, and Echoing Sand Mountain?

I coming to Dunhuang at the end of October. Do you know what time buses leave to go to the Mogao Cave, and also Echoing Sand Mountain? Where do the buses leave from?

You can easily find the public bus to Mogao Caves outside of the local bus station, costing about 8RMB.
Bus no. 3 can take you to the mountain directly from the local bus station.
