Do you mean the Castle Peak in HK?
If so, you can directly take train T98B from Wuhan (Wuchang) to reach Kowloon and then take the local MTR to reach Tuen Mun and then take taxi to reach the peak.
From Wuchang to Hankou, you can take a taxi to reach Wuchang railway station, since both of them are in the same city.0
