The average temperature in Chengdu is about 10 to 15C. If it rains, it will be colder. In Jiuzhaigou, the temperature will be about below 10 and it is a little bit late to travel to Jiuzhaigou. Sometimes, it will even snow. If you plan to see the winter scenery of Jiuzhaigou, that will be a nice choice.1
