About:Chinese Embassy in Nigeria

As an individual, must I be invited by my business partners in China to be qualified to apply?

must (condition 5 apply) I produce a letter of incorporation, knowing that by Nigerian Law, only a company can be incorporated.

You are Nigerian passport holder, right? Then, you can apply for the visa individually. As I know, only citizens of Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Iran are required to apply as a group of more than 5 persons through a travel agency.
