How many seats are available for president and VIP seats types?

Generally, the two seats are more comfortable than the usual seats: you can get free food and drink by taking the two kinds of seats. The president ones are more like a private room. Of course, theya re sheltered. 16 VIP seats are arranged for one train. I'm not clear about the number of president seats.
