bus from kunming to shangrila

Question

I'll be arriving at Kunming from Chengdu by train and immediatly plan to go straight to Shangrila and there spend a day or two. After that i'll be spending a couple of days exploring around Lijang (Tiger Leaping Gorge) and Dali before heading back to Kunming and spend the next couple of days there. I cant seem to find any info on the busses to Shangrila though. Any help is appreciated :)

The bus between the two places will cost you about 14 hours. It is suggested to fly which is about 1 hours. The bus is frequency and you can go to Nanyao Bus Station to take reach Shangrila.
