Airport Express Travel Pass or General Octopus Card?

Hi There, I 7 my husband travelling to Hong Kong for 3 nights & 3days and we will be staying in Sheung Wan. So need help if it is better to buy Express travel pass or general Octopus Card.

We will be Traveling to
Day - 1 Morning Macau Island and evening Ladies/Temple st Market

Day - 2 Lantau Island and evening Avenue of stars/tsim sha tsui Promenade/Clock Tower

Day -3 Victoria Peak Tram/Ngong Ping 360 and Ocean Park and in even again temple st market.

So please advice if unlimited travel will be cheaper or paying by trips will be cheaper.
