Transport information from sost Pakistan to Xinjiang China

AOA as i asked my question before this one thing which i want to know more. Will bus service from sost (sust) Pakistan to Kashgar, Xinjiang open these days i mean in mid of October.Secondly what problems i have to face during this journey means on this route .I have travelled twice time up to khanjrab pass, i have its experience.
