when is the red leaf index 3 in jiuzhaigou 2012.i mean the maximum fall foliage for this year

i heard last year by end of october everything was gone.can anyone tell me the status this year

Well, you may view maximum fall foliage from Oct 20 to the early Nov this year. Anyway, it depends.
