is there any mosque and halal food there? how to go from the airport to crown plaza hotel

Hi, yes. You can find Xinmin Mosque at Neinan Street, Xinmin County.
As for the halal food, don't worry! You can enjoy some there, such as Muslim Restaurant at Dongmao Road and Qixian South Street, Wuxiangcun Halal restaurant at North Yijing Street and One Cattle Halal Restaurant at No. 43, Nanjiuzhong Lu of Tiexi District.
From the airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus to the local TV Station. Upon getting off, you can walk to Industrial Exhibition Hall to take subway line 2 to Beiling Park MTR Station. After that, you can walk to your hotel.
