i will visit that place shortly(end oct)what is the temperature ?where to stay at cheap  rate and safe ?and near to the central bisnis district?thanks

Generally speaking, the average temperature at that time is about 20C with few rains, so it is a golden time for visiting. The central business district would be Wulinmen area in Shangcheng District. There are Hanting Hotels on Wulin Road which is a good place for you.
