Chinese Tourist Visa for Crew members

Hi I am a flight attendant and have a Chinese(Crew/work)Visa. I am interested in getting a regular one but can't be without my passport for more than one or two days because I am flying all month. How long does it take to get a tourist visa if you already have a C visa.
