Where is the nearest place to buy bus card/bicycle card in Hangzhou?I live in zhaohui...xiexie!!

Since you are in Zhaohui right now, you can go to the nearby No. 5 area of Zhaohui. There you can find the bus card counter beside the station of bus no.38.
