What is the average temperature of Shenyang in December?

I will be going there in December (most probably arrive on 24th December) to spend my Christmas and also study there from 2013. Attire is very important as i will be coming from a hot country maybe going to (-) temperature area.

It is very cold then. The average temperature could be about -8C. And the lowest temperature would be -12C sometimes. So you need wear winter clothes at that time, such as wool overcoat and down jacket as well as the wool gloves and the scarfs.
