How is the weather in Jiuzhaigou Nov 10 to 15

Is it possible to see the beauty of the park at thios time? What is the average temperature?

Hi, during that time, it will have an average temperature of about 8-10C. You can wear thin sweater and overcoat then.
Actually, it has started to come into winter of the scenic area. Thus you can enjoy another kind of landscape of the valley, but not the beautiful and colorful leaves.
