As I know. although you take the cable car, you cannot reach the top directly. You will get off at a platform and walk some time to the top. As for the weather then the average temperature could be about 11-12 C. So you had better wear overcoat. And it might be much cloder on the top, I suggest you prepare one or two warm clothing.
