i want to visit urumqi in april.how it will?can you advice on clothing and sun protection.

It is the Spring time for that place. The temperature difference is very big and the wind blows heavily at that time. The long sleeve T shirts and clothes are OK. The sunshine is not very strong, so do not worry about it.1
