About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Lebanese passeport holder carrying passeport of indian origin , do they need vis from lebanon ?

or apply at the airport of Hongkong?

Yes, you need to apply for a HK visa in advance through Chinese embassy in Lebanon.
