guilin weatherpublic toilets questions

Question

I'll be going there on 21st October 2012 for a week. Please let me know if the weather is cold and do I need to bring warm clothing, or would summer clothes and jeans be enough?Secondly, are the public toilets in Guilin, Yangshuo, Lijiang, Nanning clean? I am worried that they are dirty, and will not want to drink too much water for fear of needing to use the public toilets.Thank you.

It is not very cold, so the jeans and the long sleeved clothes are OK. Do not worry about it, it is not so bad. The public toilets in the scenic spots are clean.
